It is our policy that all private client information be treated as confidential. This includes but is not limited to client's postal address and email address. It also includes specific costs of any work performed.

Since much of our work may be performed in consulting to determine a client's needs, business practices and methods, this information is held in the utmost privacy.

We may disclose that we have performed work or provided services to the client, and the general type of work performed namely: web design, web hosting, website management and consulting services. The exact nature of this work will not be divulged unless the client provides written or email authorization to us to do so.

We will not, under any circumstances, render customer information such as names, addresses and phone numbers, unto any third party, unless required to comply with law enforcement or any other laws of United States .

Disclosure to law enforcement:
We may disclose any client / customer information to law enforcement agencies without further consent or notification to the client / customer upon lawful request from such agencies. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.
